This was a moderately 'up market' hotel at a budget hotel price. I got a good deal, other hotels were cheaper that night and I guess London was quieter than usual. Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast excellent & dining room spacious. Location was superb being 3 minutes from Queensway Underground and literally across the road from Kensington Gardens.

All reservations booked under the "5 Star Signature Package" rate will also include daily full breakfast for up to two guests in the restaurant, a $100 USD equivalent hotel credit, per room/per stay applicable towards food & beverage in Schwarzreiter Restaurant & Tagesbar, Jahreszeiten Bar, room service and minibar, or Spa services (not combinable, not valid on room rate, no cash value if not redeemed in full) and complimentary WiFi.  Additionally, guests staying 3 nights for more are eligible for a one category room upgrade at the time of booking ( up to Superior Suite).
